I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a balcony with breathtaking mountain views after a day of skiing. The service, especially from Elliot and Lilah, was top-notch. The location was perfect with ski-in-ski-out access and proximity to restaurants and shops. However, the dining experience was inconsistent. Overall, a great value for the location and service.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with plenty of storage and hot water, although the mattresses could use an update. The housekeeping is efficient but requires guests to use the 'Please Make Up My Room' sign. The service is friendly and positive overall, although there were minor lapses in communication. The location is superb, providing easy access to the ski area and nearby amenities. The dining options varied but had occasional inconsistencies. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were quiet, clean, and very spacious with plenty of storage, which is rare in mountain accommodations. They were sufficiently warm to unwind in after a long day of skiing. I must say, these were the best rooms I have experienced in any French ski resort, very large with ample wardrobe space. The service was top-notch, extremely personable, and the staff at the restaurant worked tirelessly to ensure a great experience. The location couldn't have been better, nestled perfectly on the piste and just a short downhill stroll to the main gondola. The dining experience was good overall, although there were a few hiccups with the breakfast service. Facilities were enjoyable with a pool, table football, and a pinball machine. Definitely worth the value!
